New Mega Pack - 432 ADU Design by Steve Tibbs of AE Drafting. This design is a modern craftsman with all the bells and whistles one would want in an ADU. We plan on rolling this package out to more areas, for now we are covering Sacramento CA only. This package includes:

-2 Hours of minor changes to the plan (please understand that some changes may not be possible)
