Tenant Improvement

This project was an exterior / interior remodel of an Arby's in California. We worked with Architects and Engineers on this project. We completed the plan set to get the project approved through the city, so the investment company that owned this Arby's could begin construction for the remodel. 

What to Expect in a Tenant Improvement Plan Set:

AE Drafting provides everything in your plan set to get your project approved. We use the ADA guidelines and IBC to ensure that everything is up to code. We understand what the city or county wants to see in the plan set and we provide it. A standard set of Tenant Improvement plans includes a cover sheet, a site plan, an existing / demo floor plan, a proposed floor plan, a reflected ceiling plan, enlarged restroom plan, and ADA / structural details.
